Hynerpeton poem
With a wiggle, a wag, and a watery grin,
Hynerpeton traded a bit of its fin.
It looked at the shore with a curious eye,
"I believe I shall breathe in the glorious sky!"
With a squelch in the mud
and a splat on the bank.
In the Devonian heat, quite humid and dank,
It waddled along on each foot with 8 toes
Through the ferns where the meganeura goes.
It wasn't quite fish, it wasn't quite frog,
Just a terrestrial pioneer perched,
On a moss-covered log.
With a gulp of the air and a blink at the sun,
The walk of a lifetime had just begun!

Welcome to my imagination. Here you will encounter anything from megalodon to mushrooms, to monsters to well, things you may not be able to identify...The Fossilbilities are endless.
I owe my fascination with nature, science fiction, and all things bizarre to my father. He shared, with his children, a love for the past, present, and future wonders of this world (and maybe a few other worlds?). But perhaps the greatest gift I received from Dad was a sense of humor. I have heard such flattering words as “bizarre” and “peculiar,” and you may see that embedded in much of my works. More serious projects that I have taken on are commissioned fossil restoration and replication pieces for both private and public display.
